This policy explains what ORBITxi collects when you leave an early-access record for the Pioneer briefing gate.
What we collect
The Pioneer intake may collect your name, email address, direct frequency or WhatsApp number, business or node name, optional operational context, consent confirmation, source page, referral data, UTM parameters, click IDs, Meta browser cookies where present, and basic page attribution.
Why we collect it
We use this information to record early-access interest, identify who submitted the record, review fit manually, prevent duplicate or spam submissions, understand which launch routes are working, and decide whether a human follow-up is appropriate.
Where it goes
Submissions are captured through the ORBITxi intake endpoint and may be stored in ORBITxi systems such as Supabase and synced to ORBITxi HQ CRM in GoHighLevel when the current integration configuration allows it.
Tracking and attribution
The page may use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, SoundCloud embedded media, and attribution parameters to understand page visits and form events. These tools may process technical data according to their own platform policies.
Manual follow-up
Leaving a record does not trigger automatic access, account creation, billing, or approval. Any briefing, review, or next step is handled manually by ORBITxi.
Retention and deletion
ORBITxi keeps early-access records for as long as needed to manage the Pioneer line, launch operations, security, compliance, and business records. You can request correction or deletion by contacting support@orbitxi.com.
