30-day subscription refund
The 30-day window starts on payment date. If ORBITxi does not create value in the first 30 days, ask for a refund and we will return the subscription payment.

No long contracts. No lock-in on the base subscription. The subscription refund guarantee is designed to make the first launch step clear before any reviewed activation happens.
ORBITxi captures what the business already knows, then turns that context into a clearer workspace, CRM path, support layer, and operating rhythm.
The 30-day window starts on payment date. If ORBITxi does not create value in the first 30 days, ask for a refund and we will return the subscription payment.
After the first 30 days, refund requests are reviewed fairly for up to 90 days. If promised subscription access, the onboarding path, or reviewed setup work has not delivered meaningful value, we will review up to all subscription payments made during that period.
Setup fees are reviewed manually on a fair value basis. If the setup did not create practical value for the account, ORBITxi will review the request and decide the fairest refund or credit path.
Usage-based costs such as SMS, email, WhatsApp, phone, carrier, AI overages, and third-party pass-through fees are not included in the subscription guarantee.
AI offer access is reviewed before activation. If promotional eligibility does not check out after signup, ORBITxi will offer a subscription refund, or a credit path if the customer chooses to continue.
